Yesterday was the NJ Meetup202 event led by Ian Fernando. We met at 2pm at Panera Bread in Edison, NJ. There was a pretty dynamic mix of people there. Skillset ranged from complete newbie to professional. The event was a fun time, a good networking opportunity and I even got to meet some of the regular readers of this blog. It’s always nice to put a face with a screenname. The Meetup lasted a couple of hours.
After the Meetup Ian, Erik Ahlgren, Anthony Dinh, Peter Hall, Beny Tejada and Myself went over to a sports bar, got some food and drinks and spoke about what we love: internet marketing.
Overall this was definetly a fun time. Props to Wes Mahler for creating a program that could bring all sorts of people together.
I’d love to be near a meetup. We have a meetup in my area. Thor Schrock and Shoemoney are two of them. We don’t meet hardly at all.
@Browie – If the Meetups in your area aren’t too often you can just form your own with a few affiliates in your area that you trust. In addition to that Meetup202 event I have a mastermind group with 2 seasoned internet marketers/affiliates. Just put out some feelers on wickedfire and see if anyones in your area 🙂
