Approximately April 1, 2008 I joined Pepperjam Network to apply for the ebay.com affiliate program (which I am already and have been for many years a member of direct with ebay).

Despite contacting them multiple times to review my application it took almost a year just to get an application reviewed (and declined). Now THAT’S service!

Same here, I got the mail yesterday. I can’t remember when I applied, but it must have been around mid 2008. Douchebags!
